Refund Policy

Domain Registrations We do not offer refunds for domain registrations. Once a domain is registered, the fee is non-refundable, as we are charged directly by the .au registry with no option for reversal.

Domain Auctions Drop.com.au does not provide refunds on cancelled domain auction bids. Once an auction bid has been invoiced, payment for the domain is required. The $29.95 membership fee for Drop Auction access is also non-refundable.
