Your right to complain is set out in the .au Domain Name Suppliers' Code of Practice (2004-04), specifically clauses 14 and 15. To assist us to deal with your complaint, please provide us with as much information as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint via email within 5 business days of receipt and will use our best endeavours to deal with your complaint within 30 days. If this is not possible we will keep you informed as to the progress of your complaint.
