Cancellation Policy

Domain Registrations:

We do not offer refunds for domain registrations. Once a domain is registered, the fee is non-refundable, as we are charged directly by the .au registry with no option for reversal.

Domain Auctions:

Drop.com.au does not provide refunds on cancelled auction bids. Once an auction bid is made and has been invoiced, payment for the domain is required. The $29.95 membership fee for Drop Auction access is also non-refundable.
